Vacancy: Club mascot

The purpose of the role is to proactively engage with supporters; making people smile with your energy and passion. Ensuring supporters leave remembering a remarkable day.

Working hours: 4-6 hours per match-day working EVERY home match [including evening, weekend and bank-holidays].

You will:

• Have experience of working with children, ideally within a performance’ type role.
• Be available to work all home games [between 4-6 hours per match]
• Be the spirit of the team and have the ability to engage with fans of all ages.
• Act as a Hornets ambassador meeting and greeting fans.
• Entertain supporters pre-match and during half-time.

The successful candidate will:

• Experience of working with children.
• Be confident in engaging with supporters of all ages and backgrounds positively and proactively.
• Have confidence in performing to a public audience.
• Be reliable and committed to working all home fixtures.
• Have the ability to work unsupervised, using your own initiative.
