Assistant coach Ryan Jackson leaves club

Rochdale Hornets can confirm that assistant coach Ryan Jackson has left the club, in order to take up a position with Keighley Cougars.

Jackson arrived at the club midway through the 2025 season to lend his support to head coach Gary Thornton in an unofficial capacity. 

He had previously served as Hunslet assistant for four-and-a-half years and played a key role in the club's promotion to the Championship before leaving the Parksiders in March 2025.
