Hornets Women at home in last 16 of Challenge Shield

Rochdale Hornets Women will host Hull FC in the last 16 of this season's Women's Challenge Shield.

Ben Bird's side will welcome Women's National Championship opposition to The Hive this Sunday, with kick-off at 12pm.

The midday start time will enable supporters to attend both the women's cup fixture and men's game against Goole Vikings later on Sunday afternoon at the Crown Oil Arena, should they wish. 

The Hornets Women ran out convincing winners against Rochdale Mayfield in Round 1 over the weekend, scoring 16 tries in a resounding 84-4 victory.
