Vacancy: Media team volunteers

Rochdale Hornets are on the lookout for volunteers to assist the club's media team during the 2026 season.

The club are open to hearing from local students and those who wish to gain real-world experience, with a view to securing future employment in the sports media industry.

Opportunities for the 2026 season include:

• Photography
• Videography (behind-the-scenes and pitchside filming)
• Social media production
• Written journalism (match reporting and player interviews)

The club prides itself on its work with local students and aspiring content producers. In recent years, members of our media team have gone on to work with some of the biggest clubs in the Betfred Super League and gain other full-time, paid roles within the industry.

For away games, travel will be provided on our official team coach, departing from the Crown Oil Arena.
