'Couldn't be more grateful' - Darcy Simpson on life at the Hornets

Second-rower Darcy Simpson admits his move to Rochdale Hornets has been a seamless one - and says he is ready to help take the club to the next level.
Alongside brother Elijah, Darcy's move to the club was confirmed back in mid-April.
He previously featured in Betfred League 1 for Cornwall but, following their demise and subsequent withdrawal from the competition, returned back to Australia.
However, when the opportunity arose to return to the UK with Rochdale, the second-rower had no hesitation.
"It's been an eventful few weeks for myself," he said.
"The transition has been great, and Elijah and I both feel very settled in such a short amount of time.
"We couldn’t be more grateful to the club and community for their support, and also the opportunity which has been given to us."
Simpson made his first team debut during last month's 70-6 victory at home to Newcastle Thunder.
He went on to feature against league leaders North Wales Crusaders at the start of June, and while the result didn't go the Hornets' way at Stadiwm CSM, the back-rower is confident that the squad have shown enough signs to suggest they can finish the season in the top four.
He added: "Making the trip up to North Wales was tough. However, we knew that going into it they were a quality side.
"I think it was a tough lesson for us, but I know that as a group, we can be a lot better moving forward.
"This is my second season in League One, and this year the competition has grown to a new level.
"As a club we have goals for this season, and I believe we are definitely in the position we want to be to achieve them.
"I do think this is a special group of boys with terrific people at the helm supporting us, and I know I feel grateful to be a part of it."
