Hornets Women drawn away in Challenge Shield

Rochdale Hornets Women have been drawn away to Rochdale Mayfield in Round 1 of the Women’s Challenge Shield.

The Hornets Women are one of 32 teams to have entered the competition at this stage, with all Round 1 ties taking place on Sunday 22 March. 

Teams who lose in their Women’s Challenge Shield first round match will be entered into the supplementary Challenge Plate competition.

The winner of the Hornets Women’s Round 1 tie will go on to host either Wigan St Judes or Hull FC in the next round (ties to be played on Sunday 29 March).
