Directions to Spotland Stadium
Exit the M62 at junction 20, and follow signs for Rochdale along the A627(M). At the first set of traffic lights, bear left, past B&Q on your right hand side, and follow this road until the next set of traffic lights. Here, you need to be in the 2nd of four lanes, heading straight across (Tesco is on your left hand side). Follow this road until the next set of traffic lights, remaining in the left-hand lane to go straight across (the Cemetery pub is diagonally opposite on the right-hand side). Continue along this road and the stadium is on your right-hand side after approximately half a mile.
Parking at the Stadium for Rugby Matchdays is available - there will be a £4 charge per car and £10 per minibus upon entering the Stadium.
The ground is approximately 3 miles from the train station, so it is recommended that you take a taxi. However, if you would prefer to walk, the quickest route, with the station behind you, is to go straight ahead across the roundabout onto Maclure Road. After 300 yards, you'll reach a T-junction with Halfords on your right. Turn left into Drake Street. After half a mile, turn right at the traffic lights onto the A58 dual carriageway and head towards the town centre. After half a mile, you'll come to a major traffic junction with two 'spire' sculptures. Cross the road in the direction of Asda - this is Dane Street, Follow Dane Street round past Asda until you reach a set of traffic lights (Bury Road on your left). Follow the road straight on - this is Mellor Street - for half a mile until you reach a mini-roundabout. Just after the mini-roundabout, the road forks. Take the left turn onto Edenfield Road. After 100 yards turn left onto Willbutts Lane and go up the hill. The ground is 150 yards on your left.

MATCH DAY INFORMATION
Rochdale Hornets look forward to welcoming all supporters to Spotland on matchdays.
In order to make your trip as enjoyable as possible we summarize some key points below:
Entry is via the turnstiles located nearest the car park (NOT the Radcliffe Bar end turnstiles) and costs £16 adults, £13 concessions (over 65, NUS, armed forces personnel) and £5 under 16s.
Those who have pre-purchased tickets can collect from the shop (if they havent already) and entry is via the same turnstiles.
Ample car parking is available at the stadium (£4 per car/£10 minibus) and is first come, first served for non pass holders. Please be aware that traffic enforcement officers do work weekends and parking in the coned side streets, in resident areas and on double yellow lines may result in parking fines issued by the local Council. Blue badge holders can park for free.
Car Park Season pass holders will now have their passes for entry (if you dont have your pass you will be required to pay the £4 entry which will be refunded at the discretion of the Hornets office staff) and anyone wishing to purchase a season pass can do so on Sunday for £40 from the shop with that days £4 refunded.
The main lounge inside Spotland Stadium is open to home and away fans at no additional premium. You can access by going through the turnstiles and using the door situated at the back of the stand. Post-match presentation will take place in the main lounge and are open to all. The bar situated outside of the ground, The Radcliffe, is not connected to the stadium or Rochdale Hornets and drinks purchased here cannot be brought in. There is no access to the stands via the Radcliffe so please give yourself plenty of time to pass through the turnstile and take your seat ahead of kick off.
Away supporters who wish to eat/drink before coming to the stadium are recommended to try The Baum or The Flying Horse- both pubs offer a wide choice of real ales, quality food and are located in the town centre- a short distance from the ground.
The clubs main sponsor, the Quirky Catering Co, will offer hot meals in the main lounge via a counter service.
The smoking and vaping area is located near the turnstiles on the inside of the stadium. Please note there is no re-entry to the Stadium once you have left.
Seating in the main stand is unreserved but away fans tend to congregate towards the left hand side as you look at the pitch (furthest away from the bar)
Spotland Stadium does not allow drums and other musical instruments to be brought into the stadium. We are sure you need no help in creating a lively atmosphere!
The clubs monthly magazine/programme is available at all entry points and in the club shop along with the half time 50/50 raffle tickets.
Team sheets are available from the main lounge, club shop and press box with donations in lieu received towards the Rochdale Hornets Foundation- the club charity.
